    Do you know what kind of car the frontcaliper i taken from ?

    You sure it is only 0,6 Ohm ,this tell me it is near full contact between V and B+ .This is most likely a shortcut ed controller ,fault show 8-9 and riseing Ohm resistans is not that bad innside ,but still not working .Sorry dont now where to repair this controller .
    You dont need to disconect anything by testing the Ohm as you test tru the controller but you can disconect the battery .
    You can disconnect all wires and the 2 ampseal connectors youst to be sure

    Before you take all appart ,i recomend you test the motorcontroller like i told in another Mail :
    Test between V and B+ and see if you have 6 ohm
    If you get 8-9 ohm and it get higher and higher ,it is bad .Also if you get no resistans (full contact ) it is a bad controller .

    It depend what you ask Service for ,some of the question they not always have the answer for .I have a few question lately ,i got answer in a day or 2 .You are not a registared customer ,something i can help with ?

    I newer have to remove the whole dash board ,the fault have newer been there but here is how :
    Steering wheel and light switch
    3 screw on top (under rubber plug)
    1 screw in eatch lower corner
    (2010)remove senter part ,one screw center ,under diesel heater adjustment .
    After remowing center part you need to dismantel the 12v socket by a big nut at the back .
    Lift it out until you reatch the backside on the vent..you free the hoose by splitting the backside of the vent in 2 .

    I always work on the main board by only removing the center part ,if you have 2011+ with touch screen ,only remove this .

    The easy way to change ,manual clamps will work but be careful

    Hi .
    First test exact volt on the cell in the Zero ,the one you need to install need to be as close as possible .

    If dragning of voltage is needed ,use a 6/12V bulb .Charging need to be done with a 1-2A charger ,not higher amp on a single cell .

    Prosedure :
    Emergensy button down
    Pull out fuse nr 1 and nr 2
    Remove all BMS boxes (4-7 what model you have )
    Pull out the grey Anderson socket on the charger
    Use a 13mm to remove the cable on cell nr 1 and insulate it with Eletrical tape (the right cell under right seat )

    Cell 12 is the third cell from the left ,under the left seat .

    If you look at the main board Tazzari has written what the connector is from/to .In your error case you not can disconnect the controller ,this has to be plugged in .

    Theese connectors marked need to be plugged in on the main card ,all the rest you can unplugg

    You only need to remove the center part of the dash board to get to the main board .Touch screen (4screws) or center piece (2010) ,this is hold by a senter screw and if you have diesel heater there is a screw behind the on/off/adjustment .There is also a screw behind the stereo …then you need to push up to the windshield to free it from the Tabs .

    The trottle connect is maby attached to all wires going up with a tie (strips).

    Data logger is there youst for warrenty reasons for Tazzari the first 5 years ,youst remove it ,it has no purpose any longer .
    Important : Dont cut the wires ,there is live hi amp power on this ,simply unplug the connector on the box .

    The first thing you hade to do when you work on eletric on Tazzari is :
    Remove fuse nr1 and 2 ,push down emergensy button ,remove all BMS boxes ..main BMS by the steering collon , front under the dash right side and under the right and left seat

    This test you can do on the controller ,be sure to disconnect fuse nr1 and 2 ,charger,bms system and disconnect battery .
    Between V and B+ you should have resistans of 6ohm and steady .

    If there is no resistans (full contact) or 8-9 Ohm and riseing when voltmeter is attached ,the controller is most likely broke .

    Yes i can check the controller in a Tazzari if you think this is the error .
    I quess you have already tested this :
    Se if the controller work with the trottle box plug unplugged .

    Both amp Seal plugs by the engine is ok and unplugged to see if it start .
    The heated window (if mounted )on Zero is nown for fail ,remove the fuse and relay that is attached to the 12v DC/DC innverter (beside the controller ).This is most likely not the problem ,but disconect .
    The sentral lock/alarm i send a photo off .

    As you see ,the trottle is directly connected to the controller so if it is the trottle ,the fault go tru the controller ,to the main board that send the error .
    Be sure to check behind the engine ,it has 2 ampseal connecters and not easy to innspect …

    Yes it is possible that the controller is broke ,but check all other reasons .Also I think if there is a broken kontroller with the car ,the preavius owner maby didnt fix/find the problem ,and the nexst controller only last for a while .
    It it correct that maby error comes from the controller ,but the error message go then to the main board to be prosessed .The fault lamp (and many other is all connected to the main board .
    Never seen this detail error explaining before ,where do you get it ?
    My knowledge is from experience and many repaired Zero .
    I check the controller the fast and easy way ,test it in a working Zero (have a few) .
    Send it to a skilled el repair ,dont get it repaired back yet …

    This is the main board that had detected the error.This is located behind the instrument cluster innside the dash board

    Here was the wire damage ,starterror

    No ,the startpower from key tell the main board to start up ,if you have 3 blink error ,the main board will not send power to the motorcontoller …

    Easy told : the ignition send power to the main board (not with 3 blink error ),this send power to the motorcontroller ,this send power (K1-9) to the emergensy button that let the 80V flow tru it so the motorcontroller can send 80v to the engine regulated off course by the trottle box .
    The 3 blink error comes from/detected by the main board and this refuse to send power to the motorcontroller .
    The fault can be :
    wires damage/shortcuted ,
    the main board it self has fault ,
    the motorcontoller or the trottle box has fault ,
    The emergensy button or the magnetic switch is faulty (if it get power from the motorcontoller but wont turn on )
