It looks like this is a common failure mode: just found the flange broken in the same place on my (ex. DarkRider's) classic Zerro. The silent kit is present even though it is at least partially incorrectly mounted. The 3 small silent blocks are dead and the opposing top mount is no longer in compression due to the broken flange.

The question here is: Do you guys have dimensions for all these silent blocks I will need to replace? I can of course measure them myself but i was hoping to have an early start and order the parts before I have the chance to take everything out and measure myself ...

These are the dimensions of our old ones: Inner diameter: 12mm with width 30mm, outer diameter: 40mm with width: 25mm. (The central part is wider).
We couldn´t find any online with the right measurements so we bought these: from auto-doc.it
They are a bit stronger and a bit wider, so we had to use longer screws on the lateral two and had to trim the sides of the central one.

I did this on the single motor mount on top of the engine ,didnt have time to wait for the part .
Drill 2 new wholes a few cm longer down on the broken off part .
Take off the bracket on top of the rubber and turn it up side down .
You have to bend out little bit in the bracket and carefully grind litle bit rubber to make the bracket fit up side down …bush fix
