I've already tested the LEDs with the power supply and they all light up. I have to do some more tests.

Have you already progressed with your panel? ours is still disassembled and we haven't had time yet I bought a used one and put mine away. in addition to the leds i wanted to fix, the tft monitor also stopped working.
now I have another problem at hand, after replacing two cells at 15 and 24.. what I notice is that the 15 does not withstand the voltage even though it is a new cell, I have already changed places with the 24 and it remains the same, the 15 is always the one that falls the most.

hello tomas
we installed 3 new cells at the 1st Tazzari And found that it took a very long time until the tension was balanced. today we installed an updated BMS and now the battery is no longer charged to the high voltage. the old ones were always loaded too high by the BMS and the new ones never reached this value.
at the 2nd Tazzari we exchanged with used ones and here we no longer had the problem
the new BMS switches off at 82.5V (that's 3.4V per cell) I have seen in a photo of you that you have 90V that while then 3.75V per cell which is already very high
although the new cells had a lower voltage after loading, they never collapsed under load like the old ones

my problem is cell 15 and 24 are new and n°15 falls a lot more than the others even those from 2011

All cells under 3.1-3 volt is empty .All the energy on theese cells is between 3,1 and 3,4 volt .If you got 3,5-3,6 volt it mean the cells are Good .The 4,2 Max volt after charging is temperary and go fast down to operating volt . If there is a big differense between the voltage ,the BMS system stop charging .For hi voltage cell you need to drain it to let the BMS system charge the rest of the cells . Your photo show a complete empty battery ,charge all cells to 3 volt and drain the hi cell and charge again
