    1 cm between the cell is not Good ,if it was 0,5 they may be usable .Still if you get the volt to 3,2 (empty) 3,4+(full) ,they may drop to 2-2,5 at big load (350w) .If they only drop 0,5v at load ,they are fine .

    How you tell it if all is black and off it is the interface board but if it lights up but will not turn on the main emergensy button ,it can be the motor controller (this send 68-76v to the button ).If the Em button get power from the motorcontoller ,it is the emergensy button fault .

    Hello.The reason the car is running in limp mode is total volt is under 76v on all 24 cells .1 bad cell can go from 3,3-2 volt in seconds .If all cells is OK there can be error on the BMS system .The reason it go in limp mode is the car had detected this voltage error

    Hello .
    The easy test i do wile driving :connect a voltmeter to eatch cell and drive up a hill for 100-200m at full trottle .If the cell go under 2,5volt it is bad .If it get down to 2-1,5volt on the test ,the can not be used .
    Most common mistanke on a Tazzari ,i t sits for monts and years until the battery is flat .When bringing the barrery to life you use a 12/24v charger to get the cells to a minimum voltage so the inboard charger start charging .
    If you dont remove fuse nr 1 and 2 ,disconnect all 4 BMS (7 on early models) BEFORE you charge cells…you damage the BMS system .If BMS system got error ,it drains the battery cells …

    I did this on the single motor mount on top of the engine ,didnt have time to wait for the part .
    Drill 2 new wholes a few cm longer down on the broken off part .
    Take off the bracket on top of the rubber and turn it up side down .
    You have to bend out little bit in the bracket and carefully grind litle bit rubber to make the bracket fit up side down …bush fix
