if are not aware there is some change happening with TECNO MECCANICA
I just received the following email in English - FYI
We hereby inform that our Company “TECNO MECCANICA IMOLA SPA", with registered office in Imola (BO) Via Selice Provinciale n. 42/E, Tax Code and Registration Number at the Register of Companies of Bologna 03063270379 (hereinafter the "Demerger"), has formalized on October the 29th 2018, by deed of Notary Domenico Damascelli of Imola Rep. 24102/15415, a partial proportional demerging operation in a newly established company that has taken the name "TAZZARI GL IMOLA SPA" (hereinafter the "Beneficiary"), with effect of legal, accounting and tax effects - as specified by art. 2506-quater of the Italian Civil Code - from the date of registration of the demerger deed to the Register of Companies occurred on October the 31st 2018 (hereinafter the "Effective Date").
The whole of the organized assets / business branch concerning the activities i) of general mechanical processing on behalf of third parties, including mechanical constructions in general, equipment and industrial components, ii) metal working in general and in particular of sheet metal, as well as iii) the design, construction and sale of electric vehicles, have been allocated to the newly created Beneficiary, while the company Demerger will only remain the business unit related to the design, construction and sale of electric vehicles "City car".
As a result of the demerger, therefore, as of October the 31st 2018, all the legal and economic relationships, assets and liabilities, including contractual relationships, and all the related credits and debts, relative to or in any case connected to the company compendium transferred as above, will be attributed to the Beneficiary, all the relationships in existence with your Company are to be intended as included.

Based on the above, we invite you to refer to the aforementioned Company starting from the effective date, with regard to new orders, services and / or any relationship of commercial or other nature, as well as for any credit and debit relationship, relating to the aforementioned transfer activities, with reference to which the Beneficiary company operates in absolute continuity.
It is emphasized that any orders, invoices and / or any other documentation related to the transferred activities cannot be accepted by the Company TECNO MECCANICA IMOLA SPA but must be exclusively in the name of the Company TAZZARI GL IMOLA SPA for the activities carried out starting from the effective date; while we kindly ask the Suppliers to issue invoices referring to deliveries and / or services performed to TECNO MECCANICA IMOLA SPA up to October the 30th 2018 (included) with invoice dated October the 30th 2018.
We invite all Customers who have a debit position towards the company TECNO MECCANICA IMOLA SPA as above transferred to the company TAZZARI GL IMOLA SPA, to make payment on the current account in the name of the company TAZZARI GL IMOLA SPA and of which specific communication will be given.
The demerger also involved the transfer of personal data, patrimonial and income data contained in the documents and digital information of all the subjects involved, intended as customers and suppliers subject to the demerger.
As a consequence of this demerger pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 ("Privacy Code"), of art. 13 GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Legislative Decree 101/2018, the Beneficiary takes over ownership of the personal data already processed by the Demerger; the same data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the law.
The Beneficiary company will provide, where necessary, the updating of the information required by the regulations and the specific Measures in this area, with specific reference to the demerger.
